The Club del Borgo is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the appreciation of genuine food and wine. We do not just follow old recipes but also keep abreast of ways to improve them. Wine tasting groups, gourmet clubs, or groups of friends just wanting to know more and deepen their knowledge are most welcome and should get in touch so we can custom build your exclusive tour. In 2006 we will be leading wine growing educational tours in Italy and California with Prof. Pascal Durand of Dijon University. We will also launch our on-line education program up to degree standard.
