(186 Miles) Overnight in Valdez • Day 6: Take the ferry through Prince William Sound from Valdez to Whittier, and continue southward on the Seward Highway to Seward. 98 Miles. Overnight in Seward • Day 7: Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise Tour. This 6-hour whale-watching/glacier cruise. Lunch is included. Depart Seward for the 130-mile drive back to Anchorage. Overnight in Anchorage • Day 8:Depart Anchorage.
