The classes are taught in English by the Chef Patrick Payet who is recommended by PETER MAYLE in the book "One Year in Provence". You will visit Luberon in Provence: smalls antic villages (Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Roussillon,etc.), Abbey of senanque, Avignon city of pape, Les baux de Provence and St Remy ...etc You will also have the chance to visit farmers markets and bakery plus the lavender museum and corkscrew museum - Includes: Room and breakfast in the guest house in Goult • All dinners( wine included) • Some tasting wine in wineries and at home • Some tasting cheese and some lunch. Also included are the cooking brochure with recipes and an apron.

FAMOUS PROVENCE COOKING SCHOOL & DISCOVERING THE HEART OF THE LUBERON IN PROVENCE • Patrick will greet you in his 18th century restored house, opposite the Baron d’Agoult’s castle, which offers you incomparable comfort • Day by day Patrick will help you to discover the flavour of Provençal cooking and the characteristic way of life of the Provencal people . You will visit some traditional markets of this region offering all the local produce for which Provence is renown - from olive oil to fine wines and cheeses. Also on the itinerary will be visits to the surrounding countryside and neighbouring villages ; and all the while you will be absorbing the colours, the flavours and the perfumes that are the very essence of Provence.
