
You will take part in 3 hours cooking class "hands-on" in the afternoon. The classes are taught in English by the Chef Patrick Payet who is recommended by PETER MAYLE in the book "One Year in Provence". You will visit Luberon in Provence: smalls antic villages (Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Roussillon,etc.), Abbey of senanque, Avignon city of pape, Les baux de Provence and St Remy ...etc You will also have the chance to visit farmers markets and bakery plus the lavender museum and corkscrew museum - Includes: Room and breakfast in the guest house in Goult • All dinners( wine included) • Some tasting wine in wineries and at home • Some tasting cheese and some lunch. Also included are the cooking brochure with recipes and an apron.
