Our tours start at the Moet Hennessey owned Domaine Chandon in the heart of the Yarra Valley. A Chandon guide will give you a tour of the winery and discuss the history of Champagne as well as still and sparkling wine making techniques and practices • We then move onto a private tasting with Tarrawarra staff member of the fantastic Tarrawarra Estate Wines. Where possible these tastings are held outside to enjoy the wonderful view of the valley • We then move inside to enjoy a two-course lunch from the Michael Lambie (Circa, Taxi, Stokehouse) designed menu cooked by resident chef Kevin Henderson • Our next stop is at the iconic Dominique Portet's for a private tasting in the barrel room or winery of the Bordeaux inspired winery.
