On this Italian cooking tour, dinners include appetizer, pasta/risotto, meat, vegetable, dessert. Examples: roasted peppers stuffed with savoury tuna and parsley sauce, spinach flan with fonduta cheese sauce, agnolotti pasta stuffed with delicate meat filling served with butter & sage, risotto with Barolo wine, veal roll simmered with herbs & Barolo, nut cake with chocolate & hazelnuts.
