Day 1.Arrive in Perugia in the country farm "La volpe e l'uva"
Day 2.Montefalco and Bevagna
Hands-on cooking class starts 10am. You will prepare a lunch that you will eat at the end of the class, with our wines.
The wine tour is in the Caprai winery (Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCGS) and in the medioeval city of Bevagna.
Day 3.Assisi
Hands-on cooking class starts around 10am.
In the excursion you will visit the mystical city of Assisi. The tour will allow to get to know the main landmarks where st. Francis lived.
Day 4.Orvieto
Hands-on cooking class starts around 10am.
In the excursion you will visit the town Orvieto.
